The Greeks at Indianapolis Classical Schools - presented by Claude McNeal Productions, Sept, 28 -30, 2018 & Oct. 22 - 31 for students
Our 2018/2019 season with Indianapolis Classical Schools (Herron and Riverside High Schools) begins with “The Greeks: In the Beginning”, running Friday, September 28th through Sunday, September 30th.
This production is the perfect celebration of the mission of Indianapolis Classical Schools and tells the story of how the ancient Greeks’ development of architecture, lyric poetry, medicine, mathematics, philosophy, epic poetry, politics, and drama influenced our civilization. Eight spectacular scenes! The dramatic story of the Greek Golden Age! The birth of the Gods, the epics of Homer, the poetry of Sappho, the tragedies of Sophocles, and more! Twenty-eight talented student actors from both Herron and Riverside High Schools comprise the cast of this engaging show.
Show dates and times are Friday & Saturday, 9/28 & 9/29 at 7pm and Sunday, 9/30 at 2:30pm. Student matinees 10/22, 10/23, 10/31
Ticket prices: $5.00 for students. faculty & Staff $10.00 for adults

Sounds of the Season at Herron High School - November 30 - December 2nd
Our second show of the season, “Sounds of the Season”, features ICS students in a celebration of the holiday season through song - filled with traditional and contemporary carols, novelty songs and uplifting musical selections.
Show dates and times are Friday, November 30th at 7pm, Saturday, December 1st at 7pm, and Sunday, December 2nd at 2:30pm. A perfect show to put you in the holiday spirit!

Under the direction of Claude McNeal Productions, and in collaboration with IUPUI, we are pleased to announce that we created a new summer stock theatre program this summer called the "Indiana Performing Arts Initiative" at Herron High School. Open to all area high school and college students, as well as amateur and professional actors, singers and dancers from the Indianapolis area.
