Photos from our filmed stage production/documentary – “Dreaming A City”

Filming for “Dreaming A City” – our hybrid filmed stage production/documentary for the Indianapolis Bicentennial Celebration has completed! See some of the images here (more to follow). We are now in the post-editing process, with final edits scheduled to be completed sometime in November. Our hope is that the production will be ready for broadcast by mid-January 2021 on our local PBS station, WFYI. What an amazing cast and crew we had! Featured in some of the images are the local talents of Josiah McCruiston, Tiffany Gilliam, Rosemary Grace Meagher, and Amy Owens. Seated are local professional actors Dave Pelsue and Zach Stonerock. It was challenging, to say the least, to rehearse and perform in this age of COVID, but thanks to the diligence and dedication of our cast and crew, that challenge was met with great success! Stay tuned for a broadcast date on WFYI! Other cast members included Tyler Lyons, Jordan Wolfe, Joseph Harrison, Samuel Cline, Isaac Becker, Jamaal McCray, Dayna Arnett, Daison McKee, Michael Davidson, Carlos Portillo, Jerry Panatieri and Jeff Owen. Our fantastic stage manager was Katie Angel. Dave Pelsue designed the sets. Gary DeMumbrum was our lighting designer, Jerry Panatieri coordinated the costumes, and stay tuned for the airing, where you’ll get to see the visuals designed by our own Mary Lou Szczesiul!
